| Syarikat Air Johor (SAJ) – Water supply |
|
|
| |
| IWK / SPAN – Sewerage system |
|
|
|
| Department of Irrigation & Drainage (JPS) – Drainage |
|
|
|
| Public Works Department (JKR) – Road access to main roads (if applicable) |
|
|
|
| |
| Department of Environment (DOE) – If wastewater, noise or hazardous materials are involved |
|
|

| Note: Processing time: approximately 2–6 months, depending on project scale. |
